1. 1. We design custom extruded profiles based on your requirements, providing CAD drawings and 3D models for approval before manufacturing molds and extruding the aluminum profiles.
    
2. 2. For customers who provide their own designs, our R&D team analyzes and optimizes them using our extrusion expertise to reduce costs and improve performance.
    
3. 3. Our "one-stop" production model covers design, mold creation, melting, extrusion, machining, and surface treatment. This integrated approach allows us to control material composition and maintain precision, ensuring high-quality products.

Factory Equipment

Extrusion

Equipped with 17 PLC-controlled extrusion lines, MetalPlus manufactures a wide range of commercial and industrial aluminum profiles. Our capabilities include handling complex structures and custom mold development.
Our largest 6800-ton extruder can produce profiles with a maximum outer diameter of 350mm (standard) and up to 600mm for specific industrial shapes. This flexibility allows us to meet diverse customer requirements.
Leveraging our in-house R&D team, we optimize designs to ensure superior quality and affordability. 
 

Anodizing Process and Capabilities
Anodizing electrochemically forms a durable aluminum oxide layer on the alloy surface, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance, hardness, and wear resistance. MetalPlus operates six anodizing lines, ensuring uniform film thickness and consistent color for a premium finish.
Color Options: We offer standard colors including silver, black, gold, champagne, and imitation steel, with custom colors available upon request.

Quality Control: Strict inspection protocols are enforced. Defective items are either reprocessed (via de-coating and re-anodizing to correct color inconsistencies) or scrapped. This rigorous process guarantees zero color difference across batches.
 

Painting

Our factory is equipped with 4 powder spraying lines and all of them are using high-quality spray nozzles from Gema Switzerland. In the meantime, MetalPlus only uses safe and environmental friendly paint with strong adhesive force as well as durable color retention.

CNC Machining Capabilities
MetalPlus combines advanced machinery with skilled technicians to deliver high-precision machining services, adhering to strict industrial standards.
1. Advanced Machining Centers
We operate 12 PRATIC machining centers, ideal for milling, drilling, and tapping complex profiles from multiple angles. These centers are specifically configured for processing long profiles up to 6 meters in length.

2. Efficient Cutting Solutions
Our fully automatic Wegoma cutting machines ensure precision and high efficiency through continuous, automated material feeding. This automation allows us to offer highly competitive cutting prices.

3. Comprehensive Secondary Processing
To meet diverse customer needs, our facility is equipped with a wide range of machinery:
-30 Punching Machines: Ranging from 50 to 100 tons, capable of punching thick profiles exceeding 5mm.
-10 Stretch Bending Machines: For precise bending into arcs or at various angles.
-10 Milling Machines: For machining different planes, bevels, and grooves.
 

Packing & Shipping
 

Finished goods are packaged by hand and shipped. MetalPlus manages its warehouse strictly, with goods stored in specific sections, all movements recorded, and items inspected before dispatch.
